Suggestions for Improving Citizen Services

I want to use innovation to improve citizen services while reducing the overall cost of government. The best source for new ideas are the people who must endure dated, manual systems currently in operation. I need your ideas for improving how government works. Please feel free to drop me a note with your ideas for improving your citizen experience. Here is your chance to be heard.
