Register to Vote To complete the voter registration form, click on the form below. You can fill out the form using your computer or by hand. Complete the required fields and use the print button on the bottom of the form or simply print the blank form and complete by hand. Currently your application cannot be processed by electronic submission and will not be completed until the County Clerk and Recorder receives the original application including a signature or mark as indicated on the form. If you have questions about registering to vote, please use the contact list provided on the form for your specific county.
