Please include your Name, Address, Occupation, and Employer on your check. Per federal law, I must report the Name, Occupation, and Employer for all contributors who contribute $100 or more.

Contribution Limits:

I have voluntarily accepted spending and contribution limits. Of course I would appreciate any contributions you can make but please be aware that I can not accept contributions greater than the following limits:

Limit Per Person for Primary Election = $200.

Limit Per Person for General Election = $200.  Note - I can accept contributions for both the Primary and General elections now.

Total Per Person = $400  Please remember for a single household both spouses can contribute up to $400 or $800 per household.
