Personal Responsibility: Transportation: Transportation infrastructure is vital to the life of Colorado and our ability to grow. Our infrastructure today is inadequate and must be improved as soon as possible. Our overall capacity is too low. We are building for current or worse yesterday’s level of demand when we should be building for expected future demand. Projects completed today are insufficient.
